What Do Professional Writers Say About Elegear Cooling Blankets?

elegear cooling blanket

As temperatures rise in Australia, it’s important to find ways to stay cool for yourself and your family. This is especially true for specific groups, such as hot sleepers and women experiencing pregnancy or menopause. Why not consider a cooling blanket? If you’re still unsure which cooling blankets are safe and effective, take a look at the following Elegear cooling blanket reviews from professional lifestyle writers.

Out of all the cooling blankets we tested, the Elegear Revolutionary Cooling Blanket performed the best and proved it can help keep you the coolest. I wore the blanket for 1 hour and it felt thin and lightweight, not at all like a blanket that was adding heat or pressure to my body. The surface side remained cool throughout this time, and I found it to be an overall comfy and cooling experience on a warm May day.

When I put Elegear cooling blanket on my bed, it didn't look as stylish as my usual quilt, but it felt so much cooler. The thin, lightweight material had an instantly cool feel with a smooth, soft texture. I liked using this pick as both a couch throw and a bed blanket during the summer.

I’ve used the Elegear Revolutionary cooling blanket in my home for 2 years. For this review, I ordered and reviewed a new one to check for any changes in the blanket’s performance. I’m happy to report that it performed as expected, offering cooling comfort for those who love blankets but tend to easily overheat.

This two-layer blanket’s cooling layer is made of Arc-Chill cooling yarns that pull body heat away from the skin, providing it with a feeling of being chilled. The second layer is made of cotton, which makes the blanket quite breathable. After using it for a while, I learned that when you want to feel a little cooler, it’s best to place the cooling side against the body, and if you want slightly more warmth, place the cotton side against the body.

For a cooling blanket, the Elegear has a comfortable drape that makes it feel heavier than it is, balancing the weight with breathability to deliver the comfort of a blanket but not necessarily the same degree of warmth. The only downside is that the Elegear must be dried by hanging it up. The larger sizes can be difficult to dry if your home lacks space to hang it.
