I grabbed this blanket expecting it to be great for the price, though it's not big enough for my whole bed. Since I'm the only one who sleeps hot, I use it just on my side. It's a game changer—super soft and a bit weighted, making it incredibly comforting. When you first touch it, it feels cool, though the cooling effect does fade a bit once you're under it. Even so, it doesn't get as hot as regular blankets. I'm a hot sleeper who usually just uses a top sheet, so now I lay this blanket over my fitted sheet and sleep on top of it like a sheet. It's such a soothing feeling when I get in bed, and even as I move around, there's always a cool spot. Now, I can't travel without it!
