I couldn’t wait to try this, I run “hot” at night and wanted to see if this would make a difference…..yes, it did. Two nights in a row I woke up actually cold just by using this blanket; very light, silky material, and big enough for my king bed. I’m going to try it wearing a pajama set because when I woke up cold I was sleeping in a t shirt. I think I underestimated it’s ability to really make a difference in one’s sleeping temperature and comfort, because it really doesn’t hold in any body heat.
